01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the hi77c platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or supplementary terms referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hi77c.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

hi77c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at hi77c.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the hi77c Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hi77c does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register or participate in any form of betting or gaming activity, including free-play modes where real-money conversion is possible.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or syndicate, unless expressly permitted in writing by hi77c.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national or local law.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily through an account suspension or termination action taken by hi77c.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under coercion, impairment from alcohol or substances, or any other condition that may affect your capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

hi77c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment source following an investigation period.

03 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in any real-money activity on hi77c, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on hi77c at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, hi77c reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hi77c operates a KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify their identity before withdrawals above specified thresholds are approved:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport issued by Bangladesh
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence not older than three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account in the player's name)
• Selfie photograph alongside the submitted identity document

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by hi77c support may result in withdrawal suspension. hi77c's KYC decisions are final and are made in accordance with the platform's internal compliance standards.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access through your negligence — is your responsibility. In the event of unauthorised access or a suspected security breach, you must contact hi77c support immediately via live chat.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hi77c currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval)

All transactions on hi77c are processed in BDT. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their payment provider when transacting in a currency other than BDT.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. hi77c reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hi77c account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. hi77c is not responsible for delays caused by network outages, maintenance windows, or processing delays on the part of the payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks and wagering compliance review before they are processed. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours following approval. hi77c reserves the right to extend this period during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional KYC documentation is required. Withdrawals will only be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use hi77c accounts as a general-purpose money transfer service. Depositing funds without genuine intention to place bets, followed by immediate withdrawal requests, may be treated as suspicious activity and will trigger an AML review. hi77c reserves the right to withhold funds and request full documentation in such circumstances.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hi77c offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is published. In the event of any conflict between a promotional-specific term and these general Terms, the promotional-specific term will take precedence only with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion's detail page. hi77c reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to claim bonuses fraudulently — constitutes bonus abuse. hi77c reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to use bonuses within the validity period shown in the promotion's terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on hi77c are subject to acceptance by the platform. hi77c reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed set stake limits, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets placed after a relevant event has commenced (in the case of pre-match markets). A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation notification and the amount is deducted from your account balance.

6.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that an odds or pricing error is published on the Platform due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, hi77c reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies regardless of whether a bet has already been settled as a winner. hi77c will notify affected players through the platform or by email in such circumstances.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected cricket fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, as well as other sports. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended temporarily at any point during play. hi77c does not accept responsibility for any inability to place a live bet during a suspension window.

6.4 Casino Game Integrity

6.5 Disconnection During Play

Any resulting outcome, win or loss, will stand as settled.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi77c Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or using an account registered in another person's name
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through deposits and withdrawals on the Platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes in a coordinated manner
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening hi77c customer support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access credentials to any third party
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming and sports betting

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your hi77c account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the account settings panel or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion can be set for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. 8.3 Account Suspension by hi77c

hi77c reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account has been inactive for an extended period; (d) the player is found to be ineligible under the age or residency requirements; or (e) hi77c is required to do so to comply with applicable law or a request from a competent authority.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hi77c may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactive period. Players will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied. The remaining balance will be preserved and is accessible upon account reactivation subject to KYC verification.

8.5 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the rules and principles applicable to the operation of the hi77c platform. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform should in the first instance be directed to the hi77c support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. hi77c will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. hi77c's decisions on matters covered by these Terms are final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protections.
